Application Forms can also be submitted at ASCU’s Head Office (Orange Grove Road, Tacarigua) or ASCU Tobago Office (Milford Road Bon Accord) along with the following documents:
- 2 forms of valid photo ID
- Job letter addressed to ASCU – no older than six (6) months old
- For pensioners - supporting documents such as cheque stubs or NIS contribution
- For self-employed person/business owners - certification of registration or incorporation, and financial statements (for the last 3 years) & Income and Expenditure Statements
- Payslip should be the most recent
- Membership fee A minimum of $50.00 ($20 for shares and $30 registration/Administrative fee)
- Recent utility bill in your name such as water, electricity, telephone and/or cable or a Bank Statement
In cases where the utility bill not on your name, the owner of the bill must authorize you to use the bill in writing and provide a copy of valid ID

Requirements for Children’s Accounts
- Birth Certificate of the child.
- A minimum of $50.00 ($20 for shares and $30 registration/Administrative fee)
- 2 forms of valid photo ID of the parent/guardian (National ID card, Driver’s Permit, Passport)
- Recent utility bill in your name such as water, electricity, telephone and/or cable or a Bank Statement
In cases of a utility bill not on your name, the owner of the bill must authorize you to use the bill in writing and provide a copy of valid ID - Letter of employment of the parent/guardian addressed to AERO SERVICES CREDIT UNION
For self-employed persons/business owners: Certification of registration or incorporation. - Payslip should be the most recent
