For members experiencing financial hardship via loss of jobs and income as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you can apply for a loan waiver… Special conditions may apply and each application will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We will accept scanned copies of your signed loan waiver application, national ID, letter from employer and any other relevant supporting documents pertinent to your situation going forward.
