* Coverage extends to the member, their spouse or significant other, parents, and dependent children up to age 25, or for life if they are permanently disabled
Coverage
The plan you select can cover you and any combination of the following person:
- Your spouse or significant other
- Any combination of up to two persons from your parents or parents-in-law.
- These persons must be enrolled before age 76
- Your children (aged 1 to 25 and who are not yet married). Permanently disabled children are covered for the duration of their lives once they are enrolled before age 26.
- Terminal Illness Benefit: If an Insured Member or Person is diagnosed with a terminal illness and has less than six (6) months to live, they can receive their full Plan Benefit while still alive.
- Accidental Death Benefit: If the Insured Member dies due to an Accident, the Plan will pay double the Coverage amount.
- Coverage for More Children: The Plan now covers up to five (5) children. Expanded coverage will extend to children who financially depend on the Insured Member, whether they are biological, adopted, or otherwise. This therefore means that the Plan will now cover up to nine (9) family members.

This plan is designed to give families reliable and simple protection when it matters most. You choose from one of seven plan options, all designed to fit your budget. You and each of your eligible family members may receive up to $100,000 in coverage for funeral expenses.
