Our Customer Service Policy helps to define how we deal with situations before they arise, and embodies our commitment to deliver the best service to existing and potential customers every time.

We have deliberately kept the policy simple, and straightforward, removing the unnecessary trapping of legal clauses to focus on what needs to be best communicated.

Aim

To know the needs of the members/customers and to treat them as of the highest priority at all times.

Systems

Every system and procedure shall be designed, as efficiently as possible and operated as effectively as practicable, to meet the needs of the members/customers; specific aims will include: convenience, accuracy, reliability, timeliness and simplicity of use.

Customer Relations

It is the aim of Aero Services Credit Union Management and Staff to establish and maintain a Business which will be conducted efficiently and speedily. Pertinent information will be supplied forthwith, particularly when any sort of problem may arise.

Environment

All aspects of the premises, which are open to our members/customers will be maintained to ensure cleanliness, safety and convenience.
