OFFICE SPACE RENTAL

Please be informed that the Aero Services Credit Union Office in Tacarigua, has office space for rent.

The office space details are described below:

• A 4525 sq. ft. office space, and
• A 354 sq. ft. office space

These commercial spaces for rent are located at the Corner of the Priority Bus Route and the Orange Grove Road, Tacarigua (Opposite Eddie Hart Grounds). Parking on site is available and located within close proximity to the Eastern Main Road and the Churchill–Roosevelt Highway.

1. Must be an employee of the Airline industry or immediate family of an
   existing member who is in good standing
2. Job Letter
3. One (1) copy of recent utility bill
4. Two (2) passport size pictures with a red background for membership
   card,
5. Two (2) photo I.Ds (passport, National I.D. or Driver’s Permit)
6. Family members applying for membership MUST submit a copy of their
   Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, proof of Legal Guardian.
7. Membership application form must be signed/recommended by a member of Aero Services Credit Union in good standing.
8. A Completed Deduction Form
9. Sixty-five dollars ($65.00) Registration Fee.
10. All applications are subject to Board approval.
11. Form must be fully completed

DON’T WAIT, BECOME A MEMBER TODAY AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF BEING A CREDIT UNION MEMBER.

• A pay slip no more than one (1) month old.
• A job letter no more than one (1) month old.
• A copy of the most recent utility bill no more than one (1) month old.
• Any other supporting documents required for the particular loan type
• All loan applications must reach the Credit Union’s office by 10am on a Monday.

GUIDELINES

• Request for Flex-a-sav withdrawals and Statements (Bank and Embassy): All requests must be
  submitted by 10:00am on the Wednesday before our schedule visit to Tobago on the Thursday. (Service
  Fee for statements: $10.00)
• Applying for a Loan: Loan Applications with all supporting documents along with the applicable Loan
  Processing Fee must be submitted by 12:00 noon on a Monday to the Credit Union Head Office.

• Estimate
• Fixed Deposits
• Two (2) forms of ID
• Certificate of Ownership
• Insurance Policy
• Travel Itinerary
• Invoice
• Recent UTC statement
• Sale of Agreement
• Any other document that may deem necessary

• Making Payments
  • A Portable Linx Machine is available to make payments.
  • Deposits can be made at our RBTT Bank A/c No: 811-723-329-9, Crown Point, Tobago.
    A copy of the slip is to be faxed to the Credit Union at 640-7783 clearly stating in BLOCK LETTERS, your
    Name, Account Number and your Payment Allocation.
